NeoDRXT.com is a small, independently run website focused on explaining credit cards, credit, and personal finance topics in plain language. This page explains how our content is researched, written, and kept accurate, so you know exactly what you’re reading and how much weight to give it.
Who Creates Our Content
NeoDRXT.com is created, written, and edited by Daniel Sánchez. He does not work in the financial industry and is not a licensed financial advisor. This is a single-person publication, not a large editorial team or a financial institution — we think that’s worth stating plainly rather than implying otherwise.
How We Research Articles
Every article starts with research into how the relevant credit product or process actually works. That typically means reading card issuers’ own terms and disclosures, and consulting public consumer-protection resources such as the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). We aim to describe how things generally work across the industry rather than promise specific numbers for any one card, since fees, rates, and terms vary by issuer and change over time.
Where an article includes a worked example or a hypothetical calculation, it is clearly labeled as illustrative rather than a real quote or guarantee. We do not invent statistics, cite sources we haven’t actually reviewed, or present a single hypothetical outcome as something you should expect to happen.
How We Write
Our goal is to explain financial mechanics in plain language without the jargon that usually surrounds them. We write to inform your decision, not to push a specific product or issuer. When something is a general rule of thumb rather than a guarantee, we try to say so directly instead of implying certainty that doesn’t exist.
Accuracy and Updates
Every article displays its original publication date and, when it has been revised, a “Last updated” date. Credit card terms, fees, and industry practices change, so older articles are revisited and corrected when we become aware that something needs updating. We do not backdate or hide edits — if the content changes, the update date changes with it.
Editorial Independence
NeoDRXT.com may earn revenue through advertising (including Google AdSense) and, on some links, affiliate commissions, as described in our Disclaimer. Those relationships do not determine which topics we cover, which products we mention, or how we describe them. No card issuer or advertiser reviews or approves our content before it’s published.
Educational Content, Not Financial Advice
Everything on this site is general educational information, not personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. We don’t know your specific financial situation, and nothing here should replace guidance from a licensed financial advisor, credit counselor, or your card issuer directly. See our full Disclaimer for details.
Corrections
We make reasonable efforts to keep every article accurate, but mistakes and outdated information can slip through, especially as card terms change. If you spot something that’s wrong, unclear, or out of date, please let us know. We review correction requests and update articles when a change is warranted.
